                      cycling the West Coast International Bicycle Classic: 1662 miles in 25 days.

2014     "Raven Cake" was selected by STL250 and RAC for Jefferson Barracks Historic Site St. Louis, MO for STL250 Cakeway to the West. One year installation. Sold at the STL250 auction to art collector to benefit the renewal of public spaces in St. Louis.

2014-17     "Rolling Hills Landscape Cake” was selected by STL250 and RAC for the Pere Marquette State Park Lodge in Grafton Missouri celebrating the STL250 Cakeway to the West. Installation to 2017. Recently acquired for a Private Collection.                       

2014-19     "Lady Bug Cake" was selected by STL250 and RAC for the City of East St.Louis Municipal Building and Offices of City of St. Louis Mayor Alvin Parks.  Ongoing on site installation into 2020.
